In this workshop we will:
Receive an overview of barriers to accessibility.
Distinguish accessibility from inclusivity in the workplace.
Distinguish equity from equality in the workplace.
Adopt a mindset of ableism, inclusion and equity.
Apply the 4 categories of adaptations to making work more inclusive.
