Thrive in the workplace and improve your workplace wellness! In this 1-hour interactive workshop, we focus on responding to others in a manner that is effective for both parties. Using the Thrive method of customer service, this workshop will prepare you to respond to positive and negative situations, with great service. You will have the opportunity to practice the tools provided, and discover how communication with others and ourselves is the key to provide, efficient, accessible interactions with others. We pay close attention to how empathy is the key factor to providing client care.
This workshop is for anyone that provides services to others. This workshop is for health care providers, allied healthcare providers, and those who provide any sort of service in a workplace that provides care services to clients., such as those in housekeeping or administration in a health care agency.
