Stronger Together Module 2: Caring for Others

Stronger Together is a 3-module series supported by the Guelph Community Foundation to help youth and young adults ages 15-29, gain skills to support life in these times of being apart. Do we recall how to be inclusive when we’re not around others? Do we remember to prioritize ourselves when our schedules are all over the place?

In these times when we’ve been physically distanced, we’ve in part been socially distanced. This 1.-hr workshop will go over ways to increase empathy and help us care for others when perhaps we’ve forgotten how. Get a refresher on giving others the benefit of the doubt, and on how to be inclusive of other’s varying thoughts and opinions.

While designed for ages 15-29, anyone of any age is welcome to join us as we could all benefit from caring for others more often and/or in currently relevant ways.
